Words can change lives.
Words can do miracles. They can save lives.
They can shake up your beliefs and stir up your emotions.

Words can break hearts..
Words will be said, in hope they will be true someday.
Words will keep you up at night, down at day.

Words will be said, that will make your heart float and years later, drown.
Those words will mean the world to you at the time. Years later, they’re just words. That you wish you could erase.

Those words will hurt you at the time. Years later, they’re just words. That weren’t meant.
Words will break, mend, open and close your heart.

Words are permanent, they don’t go away.
Like a heart engraved on a tree, they don’t fade.
Words are so meaningless, yet so powerful.
They stay there in your memory, roots growing deeper.

Words will break your heart.
Words will make you fall in love.
Words will make you lose friends.
But words will stay, reminding you of each and every moment
